Pickering Engineering Design Ltd commenced trading in January 1987. Its main area of activity is to provide Design Consultancy Services in the Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering fields to large and small companies within the United Kingdom.

Within this general area of activity, PED’s main specialism is Pipe Stress Analysis.

In addition to the Pipe Stress Analysis of a broad spectrum of simple and complex high pressure and high temperature pipework systems within conventional Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Food and Power Generation Plant, this service also extends to Skid Packages for offshore facilities. This Scope of Work covers the assessment of single pipe runs to Total Plant Design.
